Sleeveless, so it disappears under a dress shirt. The same graded compression that stands you taller also smooths your midsection and chest the moment it's on — no sleeve bulk, no lines, just a cleaner shape under everything you wear.
Three things happen at once, and none of them ask anything of you. Nothing to strap, charge, or remember — it's a shirt.
Compression is unforgiving about size, so we make getting it wrong easy — just email us for an exchange. If you're between sizes, size up.

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, arms down, tape level. Height and weight are a cross-check, not the rule — chest wins.
I tried the shirt first and the sleeve seam showed slightly under a slim oxford. The tank is completely flat. This is the one if you wear a collar to work.
Bought it for summer thinking sleeveless would breathe better and it does. Wore it through a full day in August without wanting it off.
The compression is excellent and it disappears under a shirt. The armhole sits a little high for me so on long days I notice it. Not enough to stop wearing it.
Same compression as the shirt without the sleeves. For sitting at a desk all day this is all I need, and having three means I never think about laundry.
Nothing wrong with it. I just found the shirt more comfortable because the sleeves keep it from shifting. Personal preference more than a fault.
Started as a work thing and now I put it on for long drives too. Flat, quiet, does not ride up when I sit.
