By accessing or purchasing from besidefit.com you agree to these terms. Please read them.
- The products
BESIDE sells comfort and support wearables, including the Beside Arch Relief Strap and the Beside Motion Posture Compression Shirt. Our products are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If your symptoms are new, severe or worsening, talk to your doctor.
- Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed for resale, or result from a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
- Pricing and errors
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Promotional pricing applies only while the promotion is running and cannot be applied retroactively. Where a price, description or image is published in error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected order, refunding you in full.
- Product descriptions and imagery
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Colors may vary between screens, and dimensions are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance.
- Intended use and care
Our products are intended for personal household use as described. Follow the care instructions supplied — machine wash cold, tumble dry low, no fabric softener and no bleach. Damage caused by improper care or use other than as intended is not covered.
- Guarantees
Our money-back guarantees (45 nights on the Beside Motion shirt, 30 nights on the Arch Relief Strap) are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BESIDE's total liability arising out of or relating to any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
- Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, design, logos and the BESIDE and Beside Motion names — is our property and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
- Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and is accurate.
- Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before disputing a charge. Chargebacks filed without first giving us a chance to resolve the issue may result in your being unable to order from us in future.
- Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
