The 30-Night Guarantee
Use BESIDE for thirty nights. Wash it fifteen times. If it isn't right for you, email us within thirty nights of delivery and we'll refund you in full.
How returns work
Email support@besidefit.com within thirty (30) nights of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be matched to your order and may not be refundable.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. You're welcome to use any carrier you prefer. We strongly recommend a tracked service — we can only refund against a return we actually receive, and we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please launder the layers before shipping them back. Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within five business days.
If the product failed
If your BESIDE layers delaminated, leaked through, arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, no return is required and you pay nothing. Email us with a photograph and we'll refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. When the product is at fault, the cost is ours.
Changed your mind
The same thirty-night window and the same process apply whether the product has been used or not. Email us for the return address, send the laundered layers back at your own cost, and we'll refund the purchase price once it arrives and is inspected.
What isn't refundable
- Original shipping charges, where paid.
- Return shipping costs, except where the product was faulty or incorrect.
- Items returned more than thirty nights after delivery.
- Items returned unlaundered or in a condition that prevents safe handling.
- Free or promotional items, unless the qualifying order is returned in full.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship, at no cost to you. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, and the thirty-night guarantee applies instead.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within five to ten business days after we process the refund. We have no control over that timing.
Hygiene
Returned layers must be laundered before shipping. We're unable to accept soiled items, and carriers restrict them. Unlaundered returns will be refused.
Talk to us first
If something has gone wrong, email us before contacting your bank. We resolve almost everything within a day, and a chargeback filed before we've had a chance to help takes months longer to sort out for everyone.
