Our guarantees
Every product we sell is covered by a money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered.
- Beside Motion Posture Compression Shirt — 45-Night Guarantee. Wear it for up to 45 nights and workdays. Wash it. Live in it. If you don't want to keep it, for any reason, email us within 45 nights of delivery and we'll refund you in full — and we pay the return shipping.
- Beside Arch Relief Strap — 30-Night Quiet Guarantee. Sleep with the straps for up to 30 nights. If your nights don't get quieter, email us within 30 nights of delivery and we'll refund you in full. We'll send a prepaid return label, so sending them back costs you nothing.
Free size exchanges (Beside Motion)
Wrong size? Email us with your order number and the size you need. We'll send a prepaid return label for the original and ship the new size. Exchanges are free — we pay the label, both ways.
How returns work
Email support@besidefit.com with your order number. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. Please wash items before sending them back — that's all we ask. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be matched to your order and may not be refundable.
If the product failed
If your order arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, no return is required and you pay nothing. Email us a photograph and we'll refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. When the product is at fault, the cost is ours.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship, at no cost to you. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, and the guarantee applies instead.
Refund timing
Refunds go to the original payment method once your return is received. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.
Talk to us first
If something has gone wrong, email us before contacting your bank. We resolve almost everything within a day, and a chargeback filed before we've had a chance to help takes months longer for everyone.
