The everyday hero. Firm, graded compression through the torso and upper back that supports you while you sit and holds your middle smoother under anything you wear — and you stop thinking about it by 10am.
Three things happen at once, and none of them ask anything of you. Nothing to strap, charge, or remember — it's a shirt.
Compression is unforgiving about size, so we make getting it wrong easy — just email us for an exchange. If you're between sizes, size up.
| Size | Chest | Height | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 34–36" | 5’2"–5’6" | 120–145 lb |
| M | 37–39" | 5’5"–5’9" | 145–170 lb |
| L | 40–42" | 5’8"–6’0" | 170–195 lb |
| XL | 43–45" | 5’10"–6’2" | 195–220 lb |
| 2XL | 46–49" | 6’0"–6’3" | 220–250 lb |
| 3XL | 50–53" | 6’1"–6’4" | 250–285 lb |
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, arms down, tape level. Height and weight are a cross-check, not the rule — chest wins.
That was the whole problem. I would be fine in the morning and folded over the keyboard by mid afternoon. The support across the back is constant so there is nothing to remember. Two pack was right because I wear it five days a week.
I have bought two of these off Amazon before and both were see through and stretched out in a month. This has real weight to it. Ordered a third after the first week so I have one for every day.
First two days it felt tight enough that I took it off after a few hours. By day four I stopped noticing. Would tell people to expect a break in period rather than judging it on day one.
This was my worry. Flat seams, no ridge at the shoulder, nothing shows through a normal cotton tee. I wear it to the office and nobody has said anything.
No complaints about the compression, it does what it says. But it is a compression layer and in July I could only get about three hours before I wanted it off. Mesh helps, does not solve it.
I am between L and XL and went up like the guide says. Firm but not restrictive. If I had gone L I think I would have hated it.
I could feel it pulling all day and never got used to it. Might be that I am slim and even S was firm. Exchanged for a different size and it was handled quickly but I still find it a lot.
Washed cold and hung to dry about twice a week. No sag in the fabric, no bagging at the hem. That is where the cheap ones died on me.
