Posture Compression Wear — Long-Sleeve

4.7 · 41 reviews

The cold-weather base layer. Full-length sleeves in the same graded compression knit that supports your back and holds your middle smoother, so the support keeps working through winter without a hoodie over the top.

Graded compression zones across the upper back
GradedCore™

The compression does the work.

Three things happen at once, and none of them ask anything of you. Nothing to strap, charge, or remember — it's a shirt.

01
Graded compression where it counts
Firmest across the upper back where the support matters, softer at the edges so it never digs in — and your shoulders settle back on their own.
02
A core band steadies your torso
Sits at the waist and gives your middle something to hold against, so the top half is not doing the work alone — and it gently compresses your midsection, so your shape looks cleaner under any shirt.
03
Mesh zones keep it wearable all day
Breathable panels where you actually sweat. This is the difference between a shirt you wear at 4pm and one you take off at 11am.

Under the work shirt

Flat seams and no shoulder bulk, so it reads as a base layer and nothing else. Your back stays straight and your front stays smooth.

The compression is still doing the same job at hour six as it was at hour one. Nothing to re-tighten.

You can feel the weight in the box. The loudest complaint in this category is shirts you can see your hand through.

Fit & sizing

Measure your chest. That's the whole guide.

Compression is unforgiving about size, so we make getting it wrong easy — just email us for an exchange. If you're between sizes, size up.

SizeChestHeightWeight
S 34–36" 5’2"–5’6" 120–145 lb
M 37–39" 5’5"–5’9" 145–170 lb
L 40–42" 5’8"–6’0" 170–195 lb
XL 43–45" 5’10"–6’2" 195–220 lb
2XL 46–49" 6’0"–6’3" 220–250 lb
3XL 50–53" 6’1"–6’4" 250–285 lb

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, arms down, tape level. Height and weight are a cross-check, not the rule — chest wins.

The details.

200gsm graded technical knit — 72% nylon, 28% elastane. Flatlock seams so nothing rubs under a shirt, and a bonded hem that will not roll up when you sit. The knit is graded, meaning the compression is built into the fabric itself rather than added with straps or stays.
True to size for a firm compression fit. Between sizes, size up — you want firm, not restrictive. If you can hook a finger under the fabric and pull it an inch off your back, it is too loose. Exchanges are straightforward — just email us.
Most people start with four to six hours a day and build up. There is no schedule to follow and nothing to track. Put it on when you sit down to work; take it off when you are done. Wear it under a tee, a dress shirt, or on its own.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, hang to dry. No dryer, no fabric softener, no bleach — heat and softeners are what kill elastane. Washed this way it holds its compression for well over a year of daily wear.
Free US shipping on every order. Ships in 2–3 business days, delivery 6–10 business days. 45 nights to return it for a full refund. No store credit, no restocking fee.

Solved the winter gap

I stopped wearing the short sleeve version once it got cold because I was layering a hoodie over it and losing the effect. This is the same compression with sleeves so the layer under my jumper is doing the work.

That was the whole reason we made it. Thanks Oliver.

Good base layer full stop

Wear it under a flannel most days. Sleeves are long enough that they do not ride up at the wrist and the knit is warm without being bulky.

Warm — maybe too warm indoors

Excellent outside and in a cold office. In a heated room it is a lot. I would call it genuinely cold weather rather than year round.

Fair — this one is built for the cold months. The tank is the summer answer.

Sleeve cuffs stay put

Small thing but the cuffs do not roll or bunch when I put a shirt over the top. That was my problem with every other long sleeve compression top I have owned.

Same support, more coverage

Identical feel across the back to the short sleeve, which is what I wanted. No difference in how the compression works, just warmer.

Individual results vary. These are customers' own experiences, not medical claims.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

It is not a treatment and we will not claim it corrects anything. What the compression does is support your back and cue your shoulders while you wear it, so sitting upright takes less conscious effort. What you do with that is up to you.
Yes — that is what firm compression fabric does. It will not make you a different size, and we will not pretend otherwise, but it holds your midsection and chest noticeably smoother under clothes the entire time you wear it. Same effect at hour eight as the moment you put it on.
Yes, and that is how most people use it. The Tank is the flattest option under a dress shirt because there is no sleeve seam at the shoulder. The Shirt disappears under anything looser than a slim-fit oxford.
Start with four to six hours and see how your back feels. Some people wear it a full workday within a week, others prefer mornings only. There is no minimum and no schedule to keep.
There are mesh zones through the underarm and mid-back where you actually sweat. It is a compression layer, so you will notice it in real heat — but it is built to be worn at 4pm, not abandoned at 11am.
Email us and we will get you into the right size. Compression is unforgiving about size, so we would rather swap it than have you push through in something that does not fit.
We cannot answer that, and anyone who tells you they can is guessing. It is a garment, not a medical device, and it does not treat any condition. If you are being treated for something, ask the person treating you before adding anything.
